Comment perdre du poids sans stresser? Part 1/10

Contexte africain…

Les régimes fonctionnent rarement à long terme et ont généralement des effets secondaires indésirables et drastiques. De mauvaises habitudes nous poussent parfois à avaler quelques bouchées de trop. Certaines personnes sont convaincues qu’une cure ou une détox le lendemain pourrait évacuer les toxines.

Au moins une fille sur deux est tous les jours en quête de solution. Certaines veulent maigrir en deux jours, d’autres veulent perdre des kilos en quelques jours, dans le but de se faire belle pour une soirée.

Il existe de nos jours une pile de propositions variées de perte de poids, qui pourtant peuvent avoir des effets néfastes sur la santé. Des coachs naissent de jour en jours sur la toile, et l’audience est grandissante grâce aux réseaux sociaux:

Cas 1: Coach Léo* propose un programme de 12 semaines sans sport…elle a d’ailleurs une jolie silhouette malgré plusieurs grossesses.

Cas 2: Coach Assam* propose des boissons détox faites maison…elle a perdu personnellment 25 kilos en 3 mois à l’aide de celles-ci. Aujourd’hui elle est proriétaire d’une marque, et surtout coach…

Cas 3: Coach Ledy* propose un programme sportif sur plusieurs mois en vous garantissant une bonne santé. Il faut dire qu’il a des muscles et des “tablettes de chocolat” assez visibles…

Il y a encore une génération qui continue de manger 5 fruits et légumes par jour sans aucun autre effort physique… Une autre à pour compagnon des compléments alimentaires et d’autres encore de pillules.

Petite reflexion…

  1. Savez-vous que coach léo est de nature mince et prend difficillement du poids malgré ses fringales instantanées et satisfaites? Sa meilleure amie cindy, malgré ses efforts depuis des années, a des difficultés à rentrer dans du 40. N’avez-vous pas un ami, un frère qui est reconnu comme “gros mangeur” mais qui pourtant a un poids idéal? Il n’ést pourtant pas fan de sport.
  2. Coach Assam est-elle vraiment informée sur les dangers des boissons détox? Des boissons détox peuvent dangereusement attaquer la flore intestinale et causer des troubles gastrointestinaux et une pertubation de la fonction du foi. Fabriquées à la maison avec des ingrédients simples (exemple: citron, aloe vera, gingimbre, fruits…), de façon contrôlée et périodique, certaines boissons détox peuvent aussi vous aider à illiminer des toxines.
  3. Coach Ledy quant à elle ne vous dit pas qu’il y a des personnes qui ne sont pas toujours aptent à faire du sport. Ou encore, que la perte de poids s’accompagne non seulement d’activités physiques, mais aussi des mesures hygiéno-diététiques qui sont à la base de toute prise en charge.

Le poids idéal n’est pas celui que l’on se fixe mais celui que le cerveau décide, en fonction des réalités génétiques et de la vie au quotidienne. Il n’existe pas non plus des programmes minceurs magiques. le corps a besoin d’énergie pour vivre.

Néamoins, il faut se poser de bonnes questions avant de faire le pas:

  • Quel est mon indice de masse corporel (taille, poids)?
  • Quel serait mon poids idéal?
  • Quel est mon age?
  • Quel est mon état de santé actuel et quels sont mes antécédents médicaux?
  • Pourquoi je veux perdre du poids?
  • Est-ce que je suis moralement et physiquement disposé à me lancer?
  • Quels sont les mesures idéales à adapter à mon cas?
