Dans la logique, plusieurs répondront: “Naturellement je respecterais la vitesse maximale de 50 Km/h”. Mais dans l’absolu, la majorité s’adaptera au flux de circulation, dont 60 km/h, sauf si vous êtes débutant. Si vous entendez la sirène de la police rentir directement derrière vous, elle ne sera pas pour l’ensemble des voitures, mais pour vous. Vous venez de vous faire prendre pour excès de vitesse. Pourtant vous ne faisiez que suivre les autres…

Très souvent, nous voulons nous adapter à un programme minceur parce que un ami ou une connaissance lamda y a déjà participé. Cependant, ce programme peut être nocif pour votre corps et créant ainsi un déséquilbre des organes. On se prive sans cesse de vitamines et minéraux essentiels pour le bon fonctionnement du corps. Quand l’alarme retentit, le choc est individuel et non collectif.

Comme dans l’épisode 1/10, nous avons cogité sur les différentes questions à se poser avant de se lancer. suivre le rythme ou la voie des autres n’est toujours pas mauvais, mais seulement, il faudrait estimer l’impact de nos choix sur la santé de notre corps.

Comme le code de la route, le corps a ses éléments de signalisation qui servent à identifier les signaux lumineux (les dangers). Il est important de connaître et comprendre les signes de son corps.

Généralement, les antécédents médicaux ne sont pas pris en compte. Diabète connu? anémie? VIH-Sida? Dialyse etc… La priorité n’est pas la perte de poids. Selon le cas, les objectifs doivent être fixés et évalués….
